Dear Advisees,

You may find that you need to contact me for many reasons throughout a semester. I am the first person to contact when you need to add/drop a course, withdraw from a course, change your major, or create a schedule. All of these actions require your advisor’s signature so it will benefit you to make sure you know how to find me. Office hours are the best time to find me, but feel free to email or call me with any questions or concerns. We can also set up a time to meet if you would like.

Sometime in the middle of the semester, look for a letter in the mail from me regarding your Spring 2008 schedule. I’ll be asking you to make an appointment in April to put together your Fall and Summer schedules. Make sure that I have a local address for you, otherwise you may not receive this letter with all of the important dates and instructions.

In case you weren’t aware, you may access an unofficial transcript of your grades, etc. by using the Student Portal. Visit our website, www.clinton.edu, and click on Student Portal to log on to the Portal. If you have trouble, you’ll see a link on every page titled Portal Help.
