Overview
Where:
All classes are held in the Aerobics room in the HPER building. The class is limited to 15 persons so it is best to show up 10 minutes before class. It is strongly recommended that all students stay for the duration of the class. Correct warm-up and cool down exercises are important to prevent muscle injury.

What to wear:
I suggest comfortable "gym wear" i.e. shorts, T-shirt, sneakers. Be sure to bring a towel and a bottle of water. If you have done some form of kickboxing before and have some wraps, please bring them with you. We will supply wraps, mats, kickboxing bags and any other required equipment.

What do we do?:
The class is structured so that beginners, intermediate and advanced students can participate at their own comfort level. Instruction on correct form and safety is given to each student. Each class starts with a 5-10 minute warm-up followed by a variety of cardio-moves, kicking/punching bags and interval training. Each class ends with a variety of stretching and cooling down exercises.

Class Times
Classes are offered during the Fall and Spring semesters. Class times vary depending on my teaching schedule each semester.
