There are two possible reasons why your password does not work.

1) Use one of the following two procedures for entering your user name.

A) Enter your CCC e-mail address. Don't forget the word "students" in the address. Example- greg0943@students.clinton.edu

The technique below also works.

B) Enter the word "clinton" followed by a backslash and then your CCC username. You must include "clinton\" before you enter your username. Note that this is a backslash, not a slash. See the example below.

2) If these procedures still do not work, your password may need to be reset. Click here for information about resetting your password.
