Verizon Course Description:

This course is designed to train students in the organization, architecture, setup, maintenance, hardware and software aspects of interconnecting local area networks (LANS) and wide area networks (WANS). Topics include: introduction to intra and inter-network devices; network operating systems; client/server environments;  LAN / WAN setups; network printing; internal web server. A hands-on approach will be taken, with team projects throughout.

General course info:

There will be one section during the Fall 2010 semester. The class and all labs are held in room 127T. This course is only open to Verizon NextStep students.
